Noel’s Story

Over the past 3 years Noel Horgan has been a stalwart of the workers community on the island he now affectionately calls home.

He started his time back in 2013 behind the front bar at Rescue Club, he was such a hit that he was soon headhunted and went to work next door in Zeros on their front bar for 2014 and 2015. Having established himself working for 2 of the biggest clubs on the island, it was time for Noel to make a big decision regarding his future in Zante, and let’s be honest, change can be a great thing.

In 2016 Noel is off to join Alex Kingston (Taff) and his crew just across the road at one of his famous watering holes ‘Wild Coyote’s aka INDIE BAR and word on the street is he can’t wait for his first shift as the bus conductor!

Noel’s experience talks for itself, having spent the best part of 10 years working the amazingly vibrant bar scene of London with a few visits up and down the country to places like Brighton, Bristol and Milton Keynes. He’s worked in cocktail bars like Be At One and of course the world famous, Roadhouse, learning the trade and most importantly bringing some unique bar tending skills over to the island.

He couldn’t have put it any better than this… “The one thing I can tell you for sure is that your night will never be boring in Laganas with so many awesome bars and people to go and to meet along the way!!! Zante has drawn me back each time over the last 4 years because of the awesome people that make up the Zante family and the fear of what I’d be missing if I didn’t go back. Roll on 2016!”
