Sizzlebang Grill is located towards the Laganas end of Kalamaki road and the best thing is it opens very early and very late in the season, if you’re a worker or prefer the quieter months of the year, this will be a great find for you.
They have an extensive grill menu as well as some very popular main dishes and even a Mexican section for those of you who like a little spice with your food! The Vegetarian wrap looks impressive, but their speciality is definitely anything for you carnivores.
Souvlaki’s of all kinds are available, with traditional lemon to squeeze and a side of fries. The chicken I had was especially succulent and well worth a try, although came in a pool of olive oil which I don’t think was necessary.
Sizzlebang is a classic family run Greek grill house with a mixture of Greek and English staff, all of whom are a delight and very welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is as you’d expect, warm and inviting.
AS FAR AS GRILL HOUSES GO, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH MY EXPERIENCE OF SIZZLEBANG AND WILL CERTAINLY BE BACK AGAIN THROUGHOUT THE SEASON.
